absolutley disappointed! my room didn’t get serviced until my 2nd call, on the last night! definetley not what i expected for my money. all the dining closes at 9 pm! like who does that? i barely recieived any special treatment or perks during my stay, didn’t they notice i’m staying here? never again!

The pool was huge with plenty of seating.
I was appalled at the early closing times of the dining options. everything shut down by 9 PM! It felt ridiculous to pay for a resort where I couldn't even grab a late-night snack. On top of that, our toilet kept running in the upgraded room! These are basic comforts that should be addressed, especially during peak seasons.
